How was this season for you?
It was good, it was a decent start. I had fun, I think we grew a lot. Like, from the beginning of the season until now, like we definitely got better.
How did you feel coming into this season, being new and being able to prove yourself?
I was honored, cause like, I’m really young, but I wanted to prove myself. And I know what I can do on the field and I just wanted to show everyone.
What are your goals for next season?
Just trying to keep up with my fitness right now, like, train and stay mentally focused. Continue to build on what we already had this season, I know them better now so we will have a better connection.
How do you feel about welcoming new freshmen next season and taking on that mentor role?
The older girls were really welcoming to my class, I hope I can be that for them, and I am excited to meet everyone. I’ve already met a few of them.
What pre-game rituals did you follow?
I always listen to the same songs before practice or games. Just to get myself in that mindset.
Do you have a hype song?
Probably anything by Doechii and Rihanna.
What is your favorite thing you have done with the team?
I mean, the bus rides for away games, I would say those are always fun. They’re always joking around, just like having a lot of fun while traveling.
