The recent events in Washington State, which have destroyed homes and taken lives, are a reminder to us all of the damage severe weather can cause.
That rainfall is a familiar scene to North Eastern Pennsylvania residents. In fact, the flood of 20-11, and even going as far back to the Agnes Flood of 19-72, caused serious damage to homes and forced evacuations.
