As the deadline approaches for Wilkes University students to apply for the Study Abroad program, its director reminds students that they might want to use the fall break to talk with their parents about taking advantage of the opportunity.
“Fall break is a good time to discuss this experience of a lifetime academic activity with your parents,” Dr. Godlove Fonjweng, director of Global Education, said. “Student may want to take home some information on study abroad to discuss it with their parents over fall break. The students and their parents can call me from home to discuss any details.”
The deadline for applying for the spring semester for many programs abroad is the end of October.
Fonjweng said students and their parents can call him from home to discuss any details or stop by his office in Max Roth Room 208 for study abroad information and materials. They can contact him by email at godlove.fonjweng@wilkes.edu or by phone at 570-408-2065.
