Zebra Communications, student-run public relations agency at Wilkes University, hosted Children Miracle Network’s fundraiser, “An Extra Helping,” from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, March 23, at Rodano’s.

The event was a $15 charge at the door, which included all you can eat pizza and stromboli, as well as all you can drink draft beer, soda, tea and coffee.

At the event two separate bands performed, one band consisted of members of the Wilkes University Jazz Band, and the second was Communication Studies major, Macey McGuire. During the event two, CMN families spoke and representatives from Miss America shared a few words.

The event was successful and hosted about 150 people, raising at total of about $3,700.
