As part of this year’s Women’s and Gender Studies Conference, audiences  were treated to “An Evening of Dance” on Tuesday night. At 7 p.m., members of The Indian Cultural Association as well as visiting scholar Rael Sospateri Kakulima and several students presented dances both inspired by and taken directly from the artistic cultures of India and Africa, respectively.
