Position: Goalkeeper

Driving force for your decision to come to Wilkes?

I chose Wilkes because I loved the culture and team chemistry I got to experience on my overnight visit. I also had to opportunity to be part of the Honors program. 

Post graduation plans in terms of a career?

I plan to pursue a career in sales and marketing. 

Favorite building on campus? 

My favorite building on campus is UCOM because that’s where Starbucks is located.

What came first? The chicken or the egg?

The egg.

Hopes for this season as a Colonel?

My hope for the remainder of the season is to get a bid to play in the ECAC tournament. 

When/Why did you first begin playing?

I first started playing soccer at the age of five because I came from a soccer family, as my older sister played and my dad coached. 

Favorite thing to do during practice?

My favorite thing to do during practice is play goalie wars with Kendall, Mik and Julie.

If you had to choose one thing about your program that you could improve, what would it be? 

I would improve the consistency in performance by our team. 

Other interests or hobbies off of the field? 

Off the field, I am a huge fan of music, whether it be seeing live shows or listening to my favorite artists on Spotify. I also love listening to true crime podcasts and watching true crime documentaries and docuseries. 

Most influential person(s) in your life?

My dad.

If you could have dinner with a famous person from the past, who would it be? 

Michelle McNamara, the author of I’ll Be Gone in the Dark.

Favorite professor?

Dr. Justin Matus. 

Favorite meal to eat on campus?

Thanksgiving lunch. 

A quote you live your life by?

Y.O.L.O.

What does “Be Colonel” mean to you?

To me, “Be Colonel” means showing pride in being a member of Wilkes University and positively representing the university through your actions and words.
